ne of the societal issues in India is the misogyny and sexual objectification of women. This piece was created to reflect on the unsettling experiences of a woman who uses Auto Rickshaws to commute in India. Through this piece, I aim to effectively convey women's vulnerability in public spaces, drawing attention to the discomfort and safety concerns women face as a result of the male gaze. In this instance, the rickshaw driver is seen to have additional rear-view mirrors to observe women passengers, causing them significant discomfort and vulnerability.
